Solvex
Terms of service
Last updated 12 October 2026
1. What Solvex is
Solvex ("Solvex", "we") provides software: a real-time view of Solana token launches and a trading interface. Solvex is not a broker, an exchange, a custodian or an investment adviser. Trades you make are transactions you choose and sign; they settle on the Solana network.
2. Who may use it
You must be 18 or older and allowed by the laws where you live to use software like this. You may not use Solvex where that is prohibited, or on behalf of anyone subject to sanctions.
3. Fees
Solvex charges a platform fee of 0.5% of the value of a trade made through it. Wallets holding the $SLVX token, at the amount shown in the terminal at the time of the trade, pay no platform fee. Network fees, priority fees and tips are set by you and paid to the network, not to Solvex. We may change fees with notice in the terminal; a change never applies to a trade already sent.
4. Risk disclosure
Memecoins are extremely volatile and most lose most or all of their value, often within minutes. Coins can be abandoned, manipulated or drained by their creators. Prices shown can lag the chain. Transactions can fail, land late or land at a different price than shown. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose. Nothing Solvex shows is financial, investment or tax advice, and a coin appearing in Solvex is not an endorsement.
5. Your wallet and keys
You are responsible for the wallet you trade from and for keeping its access safe. Lost access cannot be restored by us.
6. Paper trading
Paper trading uses no real funds. Its results do not predict real results.
7. Acceptable use
Do not attack, overload, scrape at scale, reverse engineer or resell the service, or use it to deceive other people.
8. No warranty, limited liability
Solvex is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from trading, from network or third-party failures, or from interruptions of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the update.
